Here's how to buy and sell cars on FH 5 through Autoshow (new cars) and Auction House (used cars).

• Wherever you are on the map, press the menu button and switch the tab to CARS.
• Select Buy new and used cars.
• This will take you to the Horizon Festival site. Click Yes when the game asks if you want to fast travel there.
• For new cars, you should choose Autoshow.
• For used cars, you must select Auction House.
• Choose a car you like and press A to confirm your purchase.

How to use the auction house in Forza Horizon 5?

The Auction House is where other players will put their own used cars up for sale. It won't be the actual price of the car, it will be much, much lower. But some cars that are not available for purchase in the market could be priced quite high. Players must bid on the cars within a predetermined time and the highest bidder gets the reward. So, this is how you can buy used cars. The process is the same for selling used cars: you need to display a listing by creating an auction.

Within the auction house, players can select Browse Auctions, My Bids, Start Auction, and Auction Alerts. You can choose the make, model, class, type, offer and total purchase of cars and filter them according to the requirements. Press confirm and take a look at all the options available at that moment. If you like what you see, press the corresponding button to see the Auction options and, if you're ready, set up a bid. If all goes well, you will be able to unlock the car.

Before you go ahead and buy cars, be sure to check everything about the car, such as its speed, handling, off-roading, etc. And once you're happy with the car's stats, you can easily buy it.
