FORTNITE LOOT ISLANDS
Loot Islands give nearby players the chance to collect loot that would otherwise be very difficult or impossible to find. They are only available from the middle of the game. Although these are different concepts, Combat Caches, as well as Cold Blooded Medallions, also work the same way as Islands.
