How to change your character fortnite and gender in fortnite

How to change character in fortnite - One question that I have seen many times is how to change your gender in Fortnite Battle Royale. Or how to change the gender of the character you play. There are around 6 default skins that the game randomly assigns you when you start the game.

This is the procedure for if you do not have your own masks or if you do not have them equipped in the locker. If you have never bought a skin then you cannot change your character or gender as you will have to wear one at random.

Epic may be able to change this in the future so you can choose from some of the default skins. That way, you can choose to play a male or female character.

Until then, you will have to wear real masks. The best way to get them would be by playing the Battle Pass. It offers the best value for money by far and a good amount of leathers.

How To Change your character Fortnite

To get started, open your locker. You can access it from the home screen. Here you will find whatever looks, back-bling, pic-ax, gliders, emotes, and trails you own. Go ahead and open the 'Masks' menu.

Locker Screen Switch through your available items. In the image below, I chose a female character who is Bunny Brawler, unlocked during the Easter event.

Bunny Brawler Women's Skin Meanwhile, I can equip a male skin like the subcommander below, which was part of the Twitch Prime bundle.

Male Subcommander Skin For now, this is the only way to change your character and gender in Fortnite Battle Royale. A good implementation or compromise would be to allow players to choose from the default skins which one they want to play with.
