How to hide in snowball fortnite - Hide in a giant Fortnite snow globe at Frosty Firsts, Brutal Bastion, and Lonely Labs to complete one of Winterfest's weekly challenges. You'll need to collect some snow into a giant snow globe at these three snowy POIs, then jump inside your spherical creation to progress through this challenge. 

Once you've hidden in three snowballs in the correct locations, whether you do it all in one match or multiple, you'll earn 16,000 XP for your Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 4 Battle Pass. How to hide inside a giant Fortnite snow globe

Unless you come across one that another player made, you'll need to craft all three of the necessary snow globes to complete this Fortnite Winterfest quest. Before you begin, make sure you know exactly where the three areas you need to visit: Frosty Firs, Brutal Bastion, and Lonely Labs are located in the wintry northeast section of the island. 

 

You can now create a giant snowball by repeatedly hitting the snowy ground with your pickaxe. Start cutting through the snowy ground with your pick and you will notice that the snow begins to clump together in a dome.

After several more hits with the pickaxe, it will turn into a large snowball, although you can keep hitting it so that it is the same height as your player character. The snow that stabilizes the giant snowball on the ground will also disappear when it gets bigger, causing the snowball to start rolling, but now all you have to do is hide inside it.

Quickly zoom in on your fully formed giant snow globe before it rolls and follow the "Hide" button to dive inside. You won't be able to control the snowball or stay inside it indefinitely, but at least you'll go where it goes and you'll be able to jump if you want. You also only need to hit snowy ground four times in a row to make a snowball big enough to jump into.

Once the relatively small snowball has formed, give it a push to release it and then you can hide inside. Be sure to repeat these steps at the other two locations on the Fortnite map to complete the Winterfest challenge and earn XP!
