Where to find port a forts in fortnite - For the first time since Chapter 2 Season 5, Fortnite players have the ability to build a tall defensive tower in seconds, all thanks to the unprotected Port-a-Fort item. 

The rare item is a throwable item that automatically transforms into a massive structure when it hits the ground. Better yet, there's also a series of challenges revolving around the Port-a-Fort that nets you tons of XP. This is where you can find and collect Port-a-Fort in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.

How to get a Port a Forts in Fortnite

Like most of the basic gadgets in the loot pool, you can only find Port-a-Forts in different types of chests (including supplies) or as ground loot. Therefore, if you need it urgently, it is best to look for large points of interest, such as Tilted Towers and Reality Falls.

Once released, players will have their narrow, four-story tower made entirely of metal, the strongest type of material in Battle Royale. While it won't hold up the stairs, you can jump on the wheels at its base to climb onto the roof.

We also recommend holding down the respective fire trigger before using a Port-a-Fort, as this will show an outline of exactly where you are placing the tower. Additionally, you can keep multiple Port-a-Forts in your inventory at once.

The item also appears in a number of Season 3 Season Quests. For example, one of the Week 5 challenges will give you 15,000 XP after dealing damage within 30 seconds of the item being distributed. You can even earn massive amounts of XP by completing a quest that involves collecting a Port-a-Fort and a Ripsaw Launcher in a single match.
